Training
X-treme Security prioritizes training as a key defense against adverse outcomes, ensuring the safety of clients, guards, and the public. We focus on hiring skilled individuals and providing them with comprehensive training.
Our employees receive public relations training, covering harassment, discrimination, substance abuse, and mental health issues. They are taught verbal de-escalation techniques, conflict resolution, and are guided on professional conduct, appearance, and ethics. All guards are trained in weapon use, and those carrying firearms or other weapons must complete specific certifications.
Guards are also educated on legal matters, including arrest protocols, liability, and escalation/de-escalation techniques. They are trained in restraint methods and understand the legal and company implications of enforcing laws.
Our personnel are familiar with working with first responders, medical staff, law enforcement, and other agencies. We also offer specialized training in Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) & Terrorism Awareness. Many of our guards speak multiple languages and are trained in fire safety, first aid, CPR, chemical agents, and crowd control when requested.
